Terms

Terms of Service.

These terms apply when you use Farero, the farero.ai website or a Farero account. Adluna AS publishes Farero. The terms take effect on 24 September 2026.

The service

Farero is software that runs coding agents and keeps workspaces and conversations on your computer. A Farero account links an installation to farero.ai.

Your account and connections

Use an account and installation you control, and keep access links and credentials private. You decide which workspaces, chats and outside services to connect. Review each prompt before you send it to a coding agent. A send receipt confirms only that Farero accepted the prompt.

Your work

You keep your rights in the code, prompts and other material you provide. When you use a coding provider, it receives the material you send under its own terms and privacy policy.

Third-party services

Coding providers, Git hosts and other connected services have their own accounts, terms, usage limits and charges. Adluna AS does not control their availability or how they process the content you send to them.

Acceptable use

Use Farero only with systems, repositories and accounts you are allowed to access. Do not use the hosted account service to abuse, overload or interfere with other users or services. Adluna AS can limit or suspend hosted access when this is necessary to protect the service or to comply with the law.

Availability and changes

Farero and its hosted services can change, pause or become unavailable. Keep your own backups of important workspaces and conversation history. When these terms change in a material way, Adluna AS posts the new version here with a new effective date.

Liability

Farero is provided as is. Coding agents run commands and edit files on your computer, and they can make mistakes, so review their work before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, Adluna AS is not liable for indirect loss or lost data, including loss caused by a coding agent or a third-party service. These terms do not limit your rights under mandatory consumer law.

Governing law

Norwegian law applies to these terms. Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) is the agreed venue for disputes. If you are a consumer, you keep any right that mandatory law gives you to bring a claim where you live.

Privacy and support

The Privacy Policy explains what account data Farero keeps and how optional connections work. For questions about these terms, use the support page.
